Wow! I didn’t think this kind of customer services existed anymore. I’ve worked with Dima at All Spectrum on several kinds of insurance (home, business, etc..) and not only has he gotten me the best prices, but he helped me every step of the way in dealing with all the complicated applications. He even fought with the insurance company every time they did something wrong. It so nice not to sit there on hold trying to reach a service rep at the insurance company. Instead I just email Dima if I have any issues, and poof, the problem is fixed.
Now that I have these guys, I’ll never deal with a insurance company directly!

I like the idea that this company does not have a web site, or a sales person that push you to purchase different insurance policy like other insurance company. I did find them on the Yellow pages and work with them ever since. Mac, the owner answered all my questions on the same day, he is very professional, and find some great quotes for me. This company is relative small which is great because you get very personal attention.
